Swami Dayananda Saraswatiji is a distinguished and traditional teacher of Vedanta. During the session, Swami Dayananda Saraswatiji interacted with the students and spoke about the importance of humour, to reduce stress and tension and to make the mind and the body light. He also added a perspective on the inter-relation of humour and spirituality and threw light on the importance of absolute realization that we worship only one God, but we invoke Him in various names and forms. He also spoke on the Dharmas and Adharmas and how we make the world with our thoughts and hence the necessity of always keeping the mind pure.
