Taj Enlighten Film Society Launched in Bengaluru with the 4th Indo-German Film Festival'
After the successful launch in Mumbai and Delhi, the society comes to the city with the 4th Indo-German film festival'
Bangalore, Karnataka, India, Friday, August 20, 2010 -- (Business Wire India) -- After creating waves in Mumbai and Delhi, Taj Enlighten Film Society is launch in Bengaluru with the 4th Indo German film festival in the presence of Veteran Director Girish Kasaravalli.
This film festival marks the grand beginning of the film society in the city of Bengaluru. Since the prestigious Indo German film festival focuses on cinema in its purest form, it reflects the philosophy of Taj Enlighten Film Society, the film society promoted by Brooke Bond Taj Mahal; and thus the association. The society is also joining hands with various film societies in Bengaluru including the coveted Suchitra Film Society so that film enthusiasts in the city can have access to cinema, in a bigger and better way.
The Brooke Bond Taj Enlighten brings the best of world cinema to film aficionados. It is dedicated to the cause of spreading good cinema by showcasing national and international films. Right from masterpieces never seen before in India on the big screen, to contemporary cults, action packed films, comedies, romantic films, dramas, animated movies, documentaries, films of commercial acclaim to even movies for children, the society screens the entire spectrum. The society also pays a tribute to legends in the field of cinema by dedicating a month to screening of their films. The premiere of the film will be followed by a discussion with the director over a cup of Brooke Bond Taj Mahal Tea.
