Sterlite Industries (India) Limited (the "Company") announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended March 31, 2010 on September 30, 2010 containing its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2010 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A copy of the 2010 Annual Report on Form 20-F can be downloaded at the Company's website at www.sterlite-industries.com and upon written request by shareholders, a hard copy of the 2010 audited consolidated financial statements will be provided free of charge.
